About these terms
By using healthydietstudio.com or booking a consultation with Healthy Diet Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our service
We provide personalised nutrition advice and diet plans by dietitian Bhuvana B, at our clinic in Mudichur, Chennai, or online by phone, video or WhatsApp.
Fees
Fees are shown on our Packages page: first consultation ₹2,000 (45 minutes and a personal diet plan), and optional programmes of 1 month (₹12,000), 3 months (₹30,000) and 6 months (₹50,000). We confirm the amount and payment details when we call to book your slot. Prices may change; the price confirmed at booking applies.
Appointments
Please arrive or log in on time. If you cannot attend, tell us at least 24 hours before so we can offer your slot to someone else. We may reschedule if the dietitian is unavailable.
Refunds
Please ask about refunds before you pay. We will explain the policy for your plan clearly, in writing if you ask. [Clinic to confirm the exact refund and cancellation terms for each plan before launch.]
What you must do
Give accurate and complete health information, follow the plan as discussed, and tell us about any change in your health or medicines. Results depend on many things, including how closely you follow the plan.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific weight change or health outcome. Examples and client reviews show individual experiences and are not a promise.
Website use
The text, images and design on this site belong to Healthy Diet Studio or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking. Do not misuse the site, send spam, or try to break its security.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Healthy Diet Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer law.
