Who we are

Healthy Diet Studio, NSR Complex, 1st Floor, 21/24, Mudichur Main Road, Lakshmi Nagar (opposite Bank of Baroda), Mudichur, Chennai 600048, is run by dietitian Bhuvana B. This policy explains what personal information we collect on healthydietstudio.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our forms, plus basic technical data.

• Booking and enquiry forms: name, mobile number, goal, and email if you give it.
• Diet assessment form: your age, gender, height, weight, food habits, medical conditions, medicines and daily routine. This is health information, so we treat it as sensitive.
• Contact messages and the free sample diet chart request: your name, number and message.
• Health score quiz: your answers and score.
• Advertising data: if you arrive from a Google ad we save the ad click ID and campaign details (for example gclid and utm values) with your enquiry, so we know which ads work.
• Technical data: device type, browser and pages viewed, through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and a hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam.

Why we use it

To call or message you about your enquiry, prepare your diet plan, deliver the service you book, improve our website and advertising, and prevent spam. We do not sell your information.

Legal basis

We process the information you give us with your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is seen by dietitian Bhuvana B and authorised clinic staff. We use trusted service providers to run the site and our advertising, for example our hosting provider, Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads and Maps) and, if you choose to chat, WhatsApp. They process data under their own terms. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while they are useful to serve you and for a reasonable period after (normally up to 3 years), then delete or anonymise them. Client records may be kept longer where professional practice requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for the site to work, to remember your half-completed form on your own device, and, with analytics and advertising tools, to understand visits and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw your consent. Email us or call and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

If you share information about your child so we can plan their nutrition, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.

Security

We use encrypted connections, limited access and secure hosting. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send reports or sensitive documents by email unless asked.
